What is a Pastoral Visitor? One who visits those in need "intentionally" to engage in helpful conversation, and to minister to people at their greatest felt need "where they are" at that particular time. It is one who also witnesses and shares their faith personally when and if, the opportunity arises, with sensitivity and in the love and power of Christ in such a way so that this gift can be received. Practical assistance can also be food offerings during emergency situations.
Through these pastoral outreaches the goal is to be "the hands and feet of Christ on this earth."

Pastoral Care Ministry:
- helps keep people connected to the church when they can no longer attend or have difficulty attending regularly;
- helps support a person(s) with prayer and listening;
- teams can visit people in hospital, nursing homes and shut-ins, taking Communion when needed;
- visits can be in person, by phone or by letter;
- training and/or guidelines are available.
