Real Gifts 2015On the day of Pentecost the Holy Spirit came upon Jesus' disciples in tongues of fire, fulfilling God's promise that he would pour out his Spirit on his people. If you belong to Jesus Christ, then the Holy Spirit lives within you. In this series we look at the different gifts of the Spirit that the Apostle Paul writes about in 1 Corinthians 12. Real Mission 2015Our previous series, we have focused on growing in our knowledge of God, maturing as His Church, and growing to be His disciples . In the Real Mission series we seek to understand God's Mission and to discern from God what this would look like for us St Aidan’s. This series considers the marks of Mission, the values of missionary Churches and three priorities of Mission in the life of the Church.

Mission Discerned 2015This is a follow up to our Real Mission Sermon Series. It will work in tandem with a Tuesday night EFL course to help us develop an actual plan for mission at St. Aidan's. The teaching in this sermon series will help us to focus upon the Lord Jesus Christ as our perfect example of a Missionary, and as the one who commands us: "Come to Me," "Follow Me," "Wait for Me," and "Go for Me."
