christmas services

A special Christmas message from Pastor Chris...
Picture
Are you getting tired of hearing news that troubles your heart? It seems like every media outlet today wants to share news that brings fear, chaos, and anxiety to our hearts.  Our lives, country, and world are far from perfect. There are always challenges and struggles we face both personally and collectively. However, the Christmas season reminds us that the Good News available to us all far outweighs the bad.
The Good News of Christmas is that even when the world or our circumstances change, the message of Christmas is timeless. Christmas is about the birth of God’s Son, Jesus, and how Jesus came to provide us love, hope, joy, and peace. This message does not change from year to year. When there is so much unwelcome news in the world, this is genuinely good news worth celebrating!
St Aidan’s invites you to join our church family this Advent season to hear about the Good News that God provides us all. Come and receive God’s great joy made available to all people.

But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.”   (Luke 2:10-11)
At St Aidan's, it's our desire to know our Real God,
to grow as a Real Church and
to live Real Lives for Him.
