Deacon's Encouragement Corner
A wonderful encouragement was the picnic at Assiniboine Park on Sunday the 9th. A spate of rain meant nothing to the hardy St Aidan’s folk who came despite the Weather Channel and predictions of Thunderstorm. Not. Lovely to see the little Klassens and Beaudrys running and playing in that sheltered space. A miniscule frog, fingernail-size, came over to visit Elaine and despite its size was the centre of attention. Just to be outside enjoying God’s beauty together, just visiting was a gift – and it felt so close to Normal! For this, Lord, much thanks! What encouragements have you had in the last week?
